白鹇距长与年龄的关系

注意到白鹧雄鸟距长在一定时期内随年龄增长的事实,本文根据相邻2年同一月龄之间有12个月的间隔,距长数据除有较为集中外一定又有组间明显差别的特点,推测估计部分标本之年龄,加上确知年龄的部分标本,共测定89个个体120个距长样本数据,得到距长随年(月)龄增长的关系式:SL=am/1+bm,用此式可以实测距长初步估计野外采集到的白鹇个体的年龄     

One-electron reduction of chromate by NADPH-dependent glutathione reductase

Electron spin resonance (ESR) measurements provide evidence for the formation of Cr(V) intermediates in the enzymatic reduction of Cr(VI) by glutathione reductase (GSSG-R) in the presence of NADPH, indicating an initial single-electron transfer step in the reduction mechanism. Depending on the pH, at least two different Cr(V) species are generated which are relatively long-lived. In addition, we have detected the hydroxyl (.OH) radical formation during the GSSG-R catalyzed reduction of Cr(VI) by spin trapping, employing 5,5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline-N-oxide (DMPO) and alpha-(4-pyridyl-1-oxide)-N-tert-butylnitrone (4-POBN) as spin traps. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) causes only a minor effect on the .OH radical and Cr(V) formation, indicating that the O2- is not significantly involved in the reaction mechanism. Catalase enhances the Cr(V) formation and substantially inhibits the .OH radical formation, indicating the involvement of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in the reaction mechanism. Addition of H2O2 suppresses Cr(V) and enhances the .OH radical formation. Measurements involving N-ethylmaleimide show that the Cr(V) species, produced enzymatically by the reduction of Cr(VI) by GSSG-R, react with H2O2 to generate .OH radicals, which might participate in the initiation of Cr(VI) carcinogenicity.     

鸡胚肝乳糖凝集素专一性的研究——SEM-ARG技术的应用

本文利用扫描电镜放射自显影(SEM-ARG)技术研究鸡胚肝凝集素的专一性。该凝集素经乳糖尿素液抽提和离心分离后,再用DE-52纤维素柱和蓝色葡聚糖柱进一步纯化。纯化后的鸡胚肝凝集素用 ¹²⁵Ⅰ标记。以标记的 ¹²⁵Ⅰ-凝集素为探针再标记来自不同组织的细胞。标记的细胞经过放射自显影,用扫描电镜对细胞表面凝集素受体的位点进行直接观察。实验结果表明鸡胚肝凝集素对细胞的凝集作用具有相对的专一性。     

浸染豇豆的一种病毒分离物的鉴定

在合肥地区从豇豆带毒实生苗中分离到一株病毒分离物Cp—2.侵染豇豆表现为卷叶、花叶,并使叶片革质化.易经汁液摩擦接种.可经桃蚜、棉蚜、蚕豆好及豆蚜以非持久性方式传播.其寄主范围广泛,能侵染测试的7科20种植物中的11种。稀释限点为10~(-3)～10~(-4),钝化温度为60～65℃,体外存活期7～8天。纯化病毒悬液A260/280为1.523.病毒粒体为杆状,宽约18～20nm,多种长度,优势长度分别为58,98,150nm。在琼脂双扩散试验中不与烟草脆裂病毒(TRV)、豌豆早枯病毒(PEBV)苜蓿花叶病毒(ALMV)、烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的抗血清发生反应。病毒外壳蛋白为单一电泳组分.其分子量为34 800,氨基酸组成中缺精所酸和脯氨酸。根据上述特征,认为Cp—2分离物为一种不隶属于目前确认病毒组群的单一病毒,且在国内外尚未见类似的报道,故暂定名为豇豆蚜传碎裂病毒(Cowpea aphid-borne breakage virus,CABV)。     

猪肠毒素源性大肠杆菌K88ac粘附抗原的核苷酸序列分析

 本文对国内流行的猪肠毒素源性大肠杆菌K88ac抗原的结构基因的核苷酸序列进行了测定。该基因由849对核苷酸组成,编码了283个氨基酸的蛋白亚单位及21个氨基酸的信号肽。与国外报道的K88ac序列的不同是我们发现一个碱基的点突变,导致在抗原决定簇内一个氨基酸的改变。从核苷酸序列推导出的氨基酸序列与另两种亚型进行了比较。     

Ⅱ型限制性核酸内切酶NcrⅠ的研究

 在肉色诺卡氏菌C-212株Nocardia carnea C-212中筛选到一种Ⅱ型限制性核酸内切酶NcrⅠ,经与BglⅡ的λDNA降解物的酶谱比较,以及酶识别特异性和切割位点的检测,证明了NcrⅠ是已知的限制酶BglⅡ的同切限制酶,而且其切割位点也与BglⅡ相同,其为:     

Fibronectin,not laminin,mediates heparin-dependent heparin-binding growth factor type I binding to substrata and stimulation of endothelial cell growth

Summary Fibronectin and heparin-binding growth factors (HBGF) are essential for growth of cultured endothelial cells. The stimulation of endothelial cell growth by HBGF type one (HBGF-1) in particular requires heparin or a similar glycosaminoglycan. The requirement for fibronectin and heparin for HBGF-1-stimulated endothelial cell growth may be related. HBGF-1 absorbed to the natural subcellular matrix of endothelial cells supports cell growth. [¹²⁵I]HBGF-1 specifically associates with a sequentially reconstituted matrix of collagen-fibronectin-heparin, and HBGF-1 absorbed to the reconstituted matrix supports growth of the endothelial cells. A reconstituted matrix of collagen-laminin-heparin neither supported binding of [¹²⁵I]HBGF-1 nor HBGF-1-stimulated endothelial cell growth. Association kinetics of [¹²⁵I]HBGF-1 to heparinlike sites and membrane receptor sites on endothelial cell monolayers suggest that fibronectin-heparinlike binding sites in the subcellular matrix may be an obligatory reservoir of active HBGF-1 that binds to specific cell membrane receptors. 杉木雌配子体与后胚发育过程中核酸、蛋白质和类脂的消长

在杉木胚胎分化期至成熟期,每个雌配子体总核酸和DNA,RNA含量在初期增加,后期则随着胚的分化发育逐渐下降,而蛋白质和类脂则一直上升。每胚总核酸、DNA,RNA则相应增加,而蛋白质、类脂的含量和干重亦逐渐增加。在胚分化早期RNA的迅速合成与细胞的分化及器官形成有关。但以胚干重为单位的DNA、RNA含量却随着胚的发育而有所减少;蛋白质含量先增加,至成熟后才下降。授粉前的胚珠,以及雌配子体、胚中都发现有凝集素存在。
